Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use this number to track your package directly with the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

  • Currently, Upper Room ships to select international destinations. International shipping times vary depending on the location.

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, and duties.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • Some remote areas may require additional shipping time or fees.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Upper Room is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your email/contact link] with photos of the damage. We will gladly assist with a replacement or refund.

Order Changes

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processed.
